Trapped

Looking at the decreasing number of posts i had entered for the past 1-2 months.. Realised that I've been neglecting my blog since i started working.. Cos the only thing i'm still vexing about is still around the bond for this job. How can i describe and let others really understand my point of stand??

Pros

1. The job prospect seems good (Increasing demand for this field)
2. Boss is good
3. Manager is ok
4. The things i learnt here is valuable
5. Experience

Cons

1. THREE YEAR CONTRACT (This alone can stand up to 5 or even 10 cons)
2. It may become a routine job, how to endure through 3 years?
3. There's no backout alternative at all
4. Work load.. Bearly managable

There is a time i wanna tender my resignation straight..
There is a time i wanna go for it and stop my probation period and step into the 3 years immediately so that i can stop thinking..
Now.. I'm at total loss .

WHAT SHOULD I DO? :( :( :( :'( :'(
